What we do with your details when you book a repair, and what we never do with them.
What this website collects
This website has no database and no tracking. The booking, contact and repair-tracking forms do not send anything to a server: when you press send, your browser opens WhatsApp with the message already written, and you choose whether to send it.
That means nothing you type here is stored on this website — not even if you fill in the form and change your mind.
What we receive when you contact us
When you do send the message, we receive what you wrote: your name, your WhatsApp number, your device and model, the fault, and the serial number if you chose to give it. If you ask for courier pickup we also receive the address you give us.
We use it for one thing: to handle your repair — to confirm your appointment, prepare the right part, issue your invoice, and tell you when the device is ready.
How long we keep it
Repair and invoice records are kept for as long as Saudi tax law requires us to keep tax invoices, and for as long as your warranty runs so we can honour it. Your WhatsApp conversation stays in WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms.
We do not sell your details, we do not share them for marketing, and we do not pass them to anyone except a courier when you have asked for pickup — and then only the name, phone and address needed to collect the device.
The data on your device
Back up your device before you hand it over. Some repairs — a dead board, a failed drive, a reinstall — can end with the storage erased, and we cannot promise otherwise.
Our technicians do not browse your files. If a repair needs us to start the device, we ask you for the passcode and we note on your receipt that you gave it. Tell us if you would rather not, and we will work around it where the repair allows.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for tax or warranty reasons.

Cookies and third parties
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no social trackers. Fonts are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Instagram take you to those companies, where their own terms and privacy policies apply.
